👋 Who’s Behind This

I’m Sylvain, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, sports analyst and performance coach.

Before coaching, I spent years behind a screen as a startup founder and data analyst. I know what desk life does to posture, energy, and mindset.

I’ve spent my whole life trying to balance the will to train hard and a busy way of life, feeling lost trying to choose between premade plans or understanding sources of information that contradict each other. As I was battling injuries and looking for a solid approach to consistent training, I moved away from generic tech analysis to specialize in sports performance.

Now, I coach the kind of training I wish I had during those years:
